Testing that supports the investigation

Concrete moisture testing helps document conditions at the test locations and time. Results are evaluated in the context of the flooring, adhesive, substrate, and proposed moisture-control system.

Define the testing scope

The scope may include in-situ relative humidity testing, other specified moisture test methods, and surface pH evaluation as appropriate to the project and product requirements. The test method and limitations should be identified in the report.

Turn measurements into decisions

A test value by itself does not establish a moisture source or prove the cause of a floor failure. Results are considered alongside site history, observed conditions, and applicable manufacturer limits.
